Shipping and Returns

All orders will be fulfilled on the last Monday of every month and shipped to the Bright & Early Niantic location. 

All embroidered and screen printed items are custom produced at the time of order so please allow 2-3 weeks for production time. Delays are possible if an item is backordered.

All embroidered or screen printed items are custom items and not refundable. If the goods are damaged or the shipper has sent the wrong size, color or item number, we will replace the goods at our cost. Goods must be returned for inspection and freight will be reimbursed upon receipt.
